Description

  • Applicants must be dedicated to providing nursing care to elderly and homebound patients, have patience and courteousness in patient care, and be self-motivated.
  • Will travel to patient’s home to deliver care, identify physical and emotional needs, and provide a nursing evaluation that determines the best approach of care.
  • Establish patient care plan and know how to administer medication.
  • Be adept that changing dressings, irrigations, catheter care, and wound care.
  • Assist in the patient’s rehabilitation process to recovery.

Requiments

Education

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience

1 year of experience preferred but not required

Licensure

Current licensure in the State of California
